Same technician each week –
Customers on our weekly pool service will be visited by the same technician each week. Upon request, we can send a text message each visit to let you know we are on the way. After the pool clean we will e-mail a digital door-tag of the chemical readings and what was added. We will also note any issues we see on site.

Knowledge of equipment –
Our pool mechanics are licensed. If an issue arises we can diagnose problems to ALL equipment and make necessary repairs. We will schedule a service call to come out and diagnose the problem with your pool. After the process is complete we will call with a quote.
