Weekly Pool Cleaning
We offer our customers two weekly service options. Our customers can choose between a partial and premium service. Neither option has a contract. Chemicals are included in both services. We also send a digital door tag to your email after each visit outlining the chemical readings and if any issues were found. Providing exceptional pool service is our number one priority. Some months have 5 weeks, so customers will get 5 cleanings instead of 4, customers on weekly service will not be charged for the extra visit. During the winter months we have an every other week option. We are more than happy to offer this service until March 1st. If a month has 5 weeks, you will receive 3 cleanings instead of 2 due to every other week. If customers choose the every other week option we will charge for the extra visit.
Repairs
If we notice an issue at the pool we will inform the customer. Depending on the issue we may need to send a licensed mechanic to diagnose. If it’s a small issue such as a clogged impeller we will fix the issue on site for no additional charge. If a new part is needed, we will put the service charge back toward the total if the repair is approved. We can fix all issues to the equipment above ground. Such as, pumps, motors, heaters, control boards, lights, and above ground pvc leaks.
Dependability & Customer Service
Dependability and customer service is our number one priority. Our customers trust us to come out every week and do the job they pay for. Once, a day of the week is assigned to clean your pool it will always be that day. The only time it could change is during the Holiday season. If Christmas or Thanksgiving falls on your day of service, we will contact you to determine the best day to come out. Usually, it’s the day before. We also have 100% satisfaction guarantee and an algae free guarantee. We background check our employees. If you have a lock on the gate, we will make sure the gate is locked back every time we leave the property.
